Can you give me a dummied down desc. of the complete process step by step in the procedure that the flat stamped wrenches were made. I have your thorough explanation of how the numbers ended up on them so you can omit that part.
I guess I shoul dbe more specifc, are the wrenches stamped hot or cold to start with
