what is this tool

its about 4 foot long (with attachment) really heavy and as you can see it has multiple head attachment that can be changed by pushing a spring loaded pin in the attachment, its a really great tool and we would love to get another but have no idea what it is

Snap On made wrenches like that one.   They were called Boxockets.  Try searching Ebay for XH and X series wrenches.  They handles had numbers 15A, 18A, 24A, 30A, and 36A with the number designating their length.  They also made an OE series (open end).

P. S.  The heading at the top of page 52 in the 1960 catalog says "Heavy Duty Boxockets and Open End Wrenches with Tubular Handles".

I think Proto made them also

Snappy still offered them a few years ago, Dunno if they are still available
They are/were *not* cheap tho....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
