This was a very popular feature of Tool Talk, so it continues.
I am glad to have members returning to Tool Talk!

If you remember the titile of the old tool talk post, and google it, you will be able to see the first page, but no pictures. You will need to click on the "Cached" name in the lower part of the searched post. At least this is all I can get out of my 10 year old, on its last leg, yard sale computer. To me it is better than no info at all, and I have used it 2 or 3 times, so far, to find reference numbers, etc. I just wonder how long they will be kept, before they are purged? So, Get-Um while there Hot! Lol

Thanks for that advice!  I'm sure wondering what happened to the old board? Virus take it down or something. I know every time I tried to Google Tool Talk a warning would pop up that it was a dangerous or infected site and not to go there.

Short answer is that my hosting company got attacked by malware and 1700+ domains were infected. Papawswrench and Tool Talk were destroyed in the process.

That totally stinks, expeically cause we lost all the old stuff.
And I'm proud to be an American,
where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the men who died,
who gave that right to me.

Wrenchmensch

In the name of good looking wenches wrenches, I offer the following picture which wags said I must have photo shopped. From there, as I recall it, things went downhill with long but interesting tales of lawsuits being recounted, et cetera.

Papaw

In a nutshell, there was a dispute between Collins and Coes, a long drawn out court battle that Collins won, but in the process lost a lot of business and Coes went on to be the major player in monkey wrenches.
