I have a vague note in my files that these may have been made by Enderes.
Can anyone shed some light?

What size jaws?

My initial guess is a sewing machine wrench, SIMANCO ones I've seen.

look back at humber2's statement.

SIMANCO      S.   M.  CO.   (S)I(M)AN(CO)

sounds like it may be on the right track.
