Millers Falls mini-vise: Should I get it?

Saw a small table mounted vise (with the screw clamp on it), made by Millers Falls. Said $20, half off tomorrow if it's still there. Is it worth snagging? I don't really need another vise/restore project, but, will try and get it if it's a good one.

if it is complete and not all rusted, GRAB-IT FAST.

Well, it looked 'complete" to me (not being a vise expert), and there wasn't much rust on it. The main body was red, the moveable jaw and clamp base was black. And the logo was fairly readable. Maybe 3-4 inch wide jaws?
I'll swing back by there tomorrow and see what gives.
