Holy cow!!!! The B-man doesn't have that many Bonney ratchets!
Guess I will have to get my handful together and post a family pic.
From what I have been able to gather, the Tri-Wing selector style was introduced in 1967 - probably in conjunction with Triangle Tools Corporation's acquisition of the company. The single wing style of selector knob is later - don't yet know when it became the standard. (I kind of remember seeing a 1977 catalog once, and I think the rats were still Tri-Wing. But don't quote me on that).
My 86 catalog shows the rats as single wing selectors, and most of my rats are that way. So, at this point all I can say is the Tri-Wings are "early" 702K's, and the single wings are "later".
