« on: May 31, 2014, 01:21:15 PM »
Picked up this old Mossberg set for $10 at a yard sale... looks to be almost complete. ... Anyone know what all would have came with a set like this?

+1 on no more room

Sweet deal!

Chilly

BTW - what's the deal with that smiley Scott sent?  It says "kiss", but it has a cloud coming out of it's nose,  and buck teeth?

The parts look like what you would get in the #10 set, but that came in a wood box.
Could be a later version, or some different number for the same set.
(I think the #10 came with a screwdriver sttachment)
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Got to be later with the switch reversable ratchet?

takes you to early options.

On the roof of the box you can tell that there was a rectangle label at one point but no numbers anywhere

Its also later even more due to the metal box.  Seems like a 10 or 11, though.

Do the universal and two other sockets fit in there?

Maybe it's a love snort from Candy the cow?
As for the buck teeth? To each his own.

I've never see one in a metal box before. Here is one of my sets

I've seen one in a leather type box, but never a metal one.
