Geiser Mfg Co. 693 wrench

Got this today and it was unreadable so the old feller started digging the crud off it and said it was a RR wrench. Haven't found another that says 693 but did see these two from an old auction.
Between the crud and blurry pics I believe its legible enough to ID.
