Like the title says, trying to ID the maker of this wrench. Might very well be common and easy for the monkey guys to ID, but I don't keep up with them that much.

Reed MFG Co Erie PA, no  patent info that I know of. Reed is listed in Copes but no mention of this wrench.

I have seen at least one marked REED MFG. CO. - ERIE, PA USA - GUARANTEED

Thanks guys, knew you'd all know what it was. I'll most likely sell it to fund my farm wrench habit. Or maybe put it towards our crazy taxes in NY since that bill just came a week ago.

Reed originally offered nickel-plated versions of this wrench. I snapped a picture of this one before it, and all my 711 other displayed wrenche,  leave\ our home forever tomorrow.

Wrench, is Martin stopping in to pick them up?

That's a nice example of the wrench. A little to shiny for my tastes but I like rust color when most don't.

I listed mine on Ebay because I had no idea what it is or might be worth. Has 19 watchers so I guess it is worth something.

Good luck with your wrenches, wrench. It's to bad auctioneers eat such a big piece of the pie selling them. At least with Donnelly you should get top money.

Wrenchmensch,  that is a nice wrench.

I know how hard it is to let any collection go,  I wish you the best of luck with the results.
