AMEN to that Statement!!!! A Commercial food service grease trap usually has a 1, to 2 foot crust on top, when it needs an evacuation, and looks just like the wrench shown! And the Stink makes a Septic tank smell like a bed of Roses! I speakith from experience! I left a Cresent adjustable in vinegar for about a month once, and the steel ate away, and turned black. It took a full day on the wire wheel and sander, then a dip in the rubberized tool coating to save it, as a user. I hope you can save what is left of yours!
