item # 271690845506  seller; zacantiques     starting bid 99 cents

he states that it looks to be WWII aluminum ?

checking MVWC auctions, there was one on Oct. 18, 2007

Back a decade & more ago when I was tracking "Bay" wrench auctions, several aluminum examples sold -- also one in one of the late-1990s collection dispersal auctions held here in York.  So the aluminum ones have been around for quite a while  -- I just don't know that we know what they came with originally.

I suspect that  RITTER & WEBER were  dental chair adjustment tools  (Ritter Dental  Mfg. Co, Rochester, NY;  Weber Dental Mfg. Co, Canton, OH )
