Found these  awhile back and they've just been kickin' around the bench ever since... Any Bluebird guys that want them or need them to fill out a collection, they're yours for the price of the postage from 93021.

I'll bite, I don't have those yet.

I've got 2 bluebird duplicates if anyone needs them. Spreaders and the common battery pliers.  I'll check the model #'s tomorrow.

That is good of you passing them on. I also have several pairs including the terminal puller.

Zeet , nice of you to pas along tools !    what dose the ring do on the handle ? Thanks

zeet

Eyeboltman, I believe that is a post cleaner but I'll let the Bluebird experts answer that definitvely... I'll say one thing though...Being made of spring steel, if someone (lacking a brain) turned it the wrong way it would probably demolish a lead battery post!

Yes, the spring steel ring is a battery post cleaner and resizer.

This would be the way to have that ring - on the #20 spreader plier. The head spreads and cleans the inside of the clamp, and the ring cleans the outside of the post.

chilly,

Do you have a Bluebird battery clamp spreader you are willing to part with?  If so, I'm real interested.  I've been looking for one of these for years...

What say ye?

PM sent.

Lauver,

Sorry for the delay, been getting my hands operated on a lot.

I might and I'll check. I sent some battery tool out with other stuff from the "pay it forward thread."

Give me a day or so.......
