Got this from Mr Sk farmer and I love it but who made it?

Plyerman

Never seen one before. Pretty neat though.
My friends call me Bob. My wife calls me a lot worse.

It is interesting.  I've got a similar one of different design made for Craftsman, on which you reverse ratcheting direction by changing which side of the ratchet has the socket on it.

Interesting ratchet.
You might say I have a tool collecting problem....

Some of this style ratchets were made using a one way/anti backup bearing that allowed for small angular movements of the ratchet handle.

Might have had some link to the older Blackhawk one-way-brng design going back to the 40's--50's design-I don't have one anymore for reference-like a DAss I traded it away!   Cranky

Looking for USA made ratchets-all sizes-drives and lengths  also S-K SuperKrome wrenches ditto.  Like to trade vs buy run it past me-nothing is cut in stone!

I have a BOG tools ratchet that clearly uses the ball-in-ramp unidirectional "ratchet" technology (same principle as used on small gas motors like Briggs and Stratton lawnmower/garden tool motors).  It solves the reversing problem by having two square drives, one on each side.
