Several malleable iron companies produced these in the later part of the 19th Century -- they were sold to hardware stores by the pound, and were considered an inexpensive generic "agricultural" wrench.

Didn't think it was much since its not marked but I had to ask as I don't know much about this genre of the wrench market.
