Brake Line/Flare Nut Wrench?
« on: January 29, 2016, 05:52:09 PM »
Hello, This one came in today. Stamped on the handle is VANS, could be an owner's mark, stamped pretty straight, though. The handle is offset to the heads, at first I thought the owner bent this , but the flats on the heads seem to be close to parallel.Overall length is approx. 7-1/2", and the openings are 3/4" & 7/8", I checked these with a couple 12 point box wrenches. Thanks, Lou

It's what I'd call a flare nut wrench, I don't know of brake lines being that big? a semi truck or a train?
But I have used them on brass flare nut for copper tube for refer lines and gas lines.
