I find that for most of the swap meets I go to around here, the vendors are not set up at zero dark thirty.  At least thats what i tell myself as i am getting that extra couple hours of sleep!!!!

I'm with you Bunger.  Around here the vendors pick each other before the crowd shows so if you're not there when they're setting up, the dealers snag all the good stuff from each other!!
