No name ratchet Patent Pending

Does anyone know who might have made this guy?  All it says is USA Patent Pending.

Yes.  It works quite well and overall feels like a good quality tool.

That's a fine example of a ratchet that i have never seen before. I wish I could tell you who made that one. It has tendencies towards several makers but no definite clues.
A person who could really read human minds would be privileged to gaze on some correct imitations of chaos.

No, there's nothing on the end of the handle.
