These seem to be some kind of calipers, not sure what these were used for. I bought them from a box from a Vets office if that helps. The arms are marked 3 on one side and 4 on the opposite side and the short point in the middle marked 1...no #2 anywhere ;) About 6 inches long.
They are pretty sharp and pointy like a collapsible pocket ninja throwing star!
