Tappet wrench??

Hi All,

Found this wrench in some items from my grandfather who passed quite a few years ago.

Marked T-2073 and has a circle with a rounded X behind it and possible an H inside the circle.

Any help much appreciated.

I had a tool recently - I think it was a pair of nippers - with a logo of an H in an oval with a bunch of wheat.  The logo on your wrench may be a version of that.  Need better pictures.
