Another vote for Pritzlaff store/distributor branded.  Maybe a cheaper line with just the logo and no name??

Yes, just the logo. They are on the dashboard of my truck so I can ask anyone I see that might know the logo.

I'm fairly certain it has been determined that those are Worth.  Pritzlaff tools usually have their name stamped into them.

That star is similar to American Beauty. Have a metal plane with the markings and a pliers with the same in another post.
