Is it big enough to be a tire spoon?

Maybe not for use with a car, but maybe for plant machinery,

With the spoon on one end, and scraper like blade on the other, looks like it would be good for stuffing upholstery into the seam around the door, and for the windlacing.  Be great for installing vinyl.  Way heftier than a reupholsterer would use.
