got this in an odd lot in order to buy another tool I wanted. Used in a brace?

Cant figure this one out.

holes in disc marked in these sizes 3/8, 7/16, 5/8, 7/8, 1, 3/4, 9/16, 1/2,

Looks like a Stearns. And like most, appears to be missing the depth stop. While not rare, they aren't real common either. I have one a friend gave me, also missing the stop. I never have seen one in the "wild".
