Vice ? can anyone I.D. This vice with no name ?

I think it says 1863/3 on the side and on the other side it says STEEL Its about 10" long.

Hello, Rustyric. Nice vise!!!!!!!!  Did it come with what looks like a dead spider in the jaws? Or were you trying to show how tightly they close? :-) Regards, Lou

Can't really tell if it had a swivel base?   Looks husky enough for daily use.
