I can picture it as a marking tool to scribe a line on a round piece, such as a dowel. Just a guess from the woodworker in me!!!!! Regards, Lou

i tried running it down the edge of a pine board,dont seem right....maybe some kind of kitchen tool?,,,guessing the hole is for a key chain

its the same all the way around,and no leading edge or bevel ,its non adjustable...iii guess the little groves are for grip?????...a can opener,,,,im lost

Those last two  look like sets for upholstery tacks - round head and fancy head.

I see this as a marking tool, or scribe, with 6 rotating sharp points. The fact that it looks like a fat fish, is purely decorative, and to give it girth to hold onto, along with the scales lines. Just my first WAG! PS: forgot to add possible sheetrock scoring tool. PSS: I call these little keychain tools, advertising gimmicks, probably given out free at the local supply house, and not meant for production, or everyday use. That's my last edit folks! lol
