Hello all from Greece!

I am a 40 year old, father of 3, keen if not very skilled DIY'er.

I enjoy collecting and using handtools.

I recently found a big old metal chest full of rusty tools in the attic of of my grandfather's house in the south of Greece.

They are mostly from the 1950's, manufactured in Australia and Britain. I am cleaning and repairing them when necessary, and I will post pictures of anything that is particularly interesting, pretty, or unusual.

I have already posted photos of a scutch hammer (I know what that is now) in the whats-it tool thread, and was very warmly welcomed. Thanks!

A warm welcome from cool Ohio.   Sounds like you're having fun with your treasure chest.  That's always good, even if some of them need cleaning and working over a bit.
