Not really a whatsit (I think its a wrench) but more of a whats this company make? Or what might this wrench be used on ? Its approx 24 inchs long and has 1 11/16 and 1 15/16 open ends. Found company name under brands carried by industrial supply company but no breakdown on this brand. Bought it because I could see faint marking and coudn't read it. Winchester also ends in (R). Really thought it might be railway related but then I don't collect RR items either. When it comes right down to it I didn't have any reason to want to own it. Can't hang it on garage (prohibited by frau) Would make a nice sign (maybe I can work something out) Anyway just looking for an available info before I wreck it.

Jimwrench I have several S wrenches in that size that are Railroad wrenches.  Also maybe heavy equipment.  If you are going to get rid of it, my house is a good place to start.

I also have several wrenches like that. I believe that is the Delaware Rail Road before it merged with the Lackawanna RR. Scranton Pa home of the D&L R.R. and the DL&W R.R. Delaware Lackawanna & Western R.R.
