Picked up this little press at an auction today, brass label on it says W H Sharp mfg. co. Inc.  So far I cannot find anything on it.  First picture is the open position and the second is after it is turned down.  Each of the projections has a number.

Come on now, I figured you-all would have a bunch of ideas by now.

Certainly interesting.  Your pictures are resized, right?  They could be twice the size they are and still be OK for this forum.  A general rule is 600 by 800 pixels.

Looks like two large punches and are the rest all the same size?b  What is the overall diameter?

It is a dental press.  I have had a few of them.  There should be information about the company on the brass tag on the side.  I do not know exactly what it does or how to use it.  I think it has something to do with making dentures.

Thanks for the input, couldn't figure out how it could be used for dental work, but the explanation makes it clear.  I have another press that is also for dental work, placing false teeth into gums.

Had one of these with the pins in a straight line and as opposed to the circular pattern.
