4 way? tool made in usa

a slot,a hook like end,marked 1/8 on oval,and round curled part....marked speed with eagle....and sloted adj.

Hello, I did a little searching, and the Eagle logo is everywhere. Could be fishing  (Eagle Claw), or possibly a bicycle tool????? Regards, Lou

If it were smaller, I would say it is one of the crazy attachments that used to come with sewing machines.

I'm with Northwoods on the sewing machine attachment. Conical piece on the left looks like it would roll fabric edge around a cord as it feeds through to make a beaded or rolled edge?
