Looks complete. Also looks useful to have on your Go-Box just in case.

Looks like a useful tool to carry in your motorcycle along with a 4 inch adjustable wrench.

More substantial than some of the similar designs I've seen.

The previous owner sure used a lot of Phillips head screws - the Phillips bits on that are beat to heck!

If it is something you really want to use, you could cut of the worn bits, drill out the center ring, and press in and braze some tips cut from spare screwdrivers.
