They look like the Irwin pattern bits, if that helps.

Another set from the local Restore.   I'm guessing someone passed on and the spouse/kids didn't want it.   I know our local store just got a whole shop of stuff from a family where she did a yard sale and then gave a truckload of stuff to the store.

Did you look on the shaft between the shank and twist sections for the trademark/name?  I have bought and sold probably 15,0000 bits over the years, and it is very rare to have unmarked nice looking bits.
