The New York Steam Engine Association holds the Pageant every year and they have a great swap meet.  I didn't get there til 1:30 and had to leave at 3:30 but I had fun, learned a few things and brought some fun things home.
Some items here were free (!) a few were 50 cents, most were $1.  The Diamond battery pliers were $2, the Kawi tool kit $3,  and the PS&W pliers were, well, a bit more.
The PS & W pliers are over 7 inches wide.  I don't remember the exact purpose of these.  I have a small pair that I use frequently for bending and straightening sheet metal. Saw blades (free),  a small puller, Wilde #410 battery pliers are chrome with a nice rope pattern on the handles.  Diamalloy B18 battery pliers.  Nice Kraeuter small slip joint pliers #1933-5 1/2.  Yamaha pliers, Suzuki wrench, almost complete Kawasaki tool kit (need screwdriver handle).  There's a tiny ratcheting screwdriver with a painted over handle, the only mark is #1071.  The tool with the large handle is an installer for windshield glass rubber locking strip.  Two Hunter 10-B screw holder drivers (one is broken).  The giant handled driver stores bits in the handle.  A pin on the side locks it at 0, 45 or 90 degrees.  The collar tightens the bit in place.  The bits are marked Hallowell and there a #3 phillips, a flat blade and 3 hex bits.  The last item is a Millers Falls push like the one I got a couple weeks ago.  I hope this one has the bit missing from that other one.
