Found this beauty and brought it home.   Ferrule  is marked as:  Goodell-Pratt Company, Greenfield Mass U.S.A.

Now you need a machine with babbitt bearings, so you can scrape them in!

i'll be sure to look for one....(just kidding).   like these old scrapers.   Whomever had this one dinged the point on it, but the rest of it is in pretty nice condition.
