We discussed this little 4 1/2" slide lock wrench before. The last picture is from the patent data. Slide lock pipe wrench probably made by The Rex Wrench Co. of Auburn , NY. from patent # 521130. Patented by Charles Van De Water on June 5, 1894. This example is not marked. Similar to Schulz # 716
