Is this what I think it is? I believe it to be a Blackhawk tools (counter top) sales box. No tools were included, but I like the box! Found it at an estate sale where it was holding random nuts and bolts. Blackhawk Rust Proof Sockets and Wrenches. 1930's?

Very nice!  I wonder what plating constitutes a "rust proof" wrench in this context.
