Does anyone know who made this monster?

There is no names on this. The tap handle is 50" long and weighs 19lbs. Closes to 3/4". One handle screws out. I know I'll never use it. Any idea who made it and how old it is.

I've had some big ones too, but nothing close to that. I'm guessing it's pretty old since they were still using match marks on the parts. Note the 19 on the body and two inside halves. I don't know when they quit doing that, but I'm pretty sure it was quite a while ago.
