Hi Gary.  Binks makes paint spray guns, so likely that's a wrench for a spray gun. 
It's kinda hard ( for me at least) to read the markings on wrenches from a photo.  If you would add the markings to your post it would be appreciated.  Thanks for all your posts by the way.  Very interesting.
