whats it,screw driver like tool

7" long and 5/8 diameter...........photo might not work?and the preview never worked for me?

Is the tip to the left more of a sharp point than a screwdriver point (squared off end)?   It looks factory made vs blacksmith made to me.  Could it be to open a valve box or meter box?  Turn the latch screw withe the right angle end & pry it open with the straight end.

both the same although someone did some grinding on one end,probably the flat is for an adjustable wrench?
