Another massive wrench find

14 pounds.
48 inches long. (cat to scale)
7/8th on the wrench measures out to 1-5/8.
1-1/8th on the wrench measures out to 2 inches.
Seems to have a Vlechek shield but with an H inside it.
What the heck is this?

International Harvester perhaps?
You don't need a cheater bar with this because one is built in!

What part of the country did you find it in?
If the west then start looking in oil rig tools
By the Great lakes or near the ocean, shipbuilding
Locomotive is always possible, that could be anywhere.
