Saw and file handles
« on: August 08, 2025, 12:31:37 PM »
Nothing posted in this general topic in almost a year. So here goes:

1) Goodell-Pratt - Keyhole Hack Saw.
2) E. C. Stearns & Co. - File Handle - not marked so it may be a copy.
3) Keyhole Saw handle - previously unknown to be manufactured, Datamp now has my pics (uncredited) on the patent. The patent cites the Disston and Harvey Peace patents. It is very similar.
4) Harvey Peace - Keyhole saw handle.

You might say I have a tool collecting problem....

All of them are probably over 100 years old.  The third handle is patent pending.  The patent was granted in 1884.
