Vintage Cornwell 1/4" sockets and drive tools and a couple of MAC sockets

Need a couple of Cornwell 1/4" drive sockets and drive tools to replace missing pieces in a 1/4" drive set from the 50's - 60's era.

TS3 3/16" shallow socket 6pt
TS18 7/16" shallow socket 6pt
TS19 1/2" shallow socket 6pt
DTS9 9/32" deep socket 6pt
TE4 4" extension
TE6 6" extension
TH9 breaker bar
TH10 or TH12 handled spinner
TH6 t-bar

Will consider other part numbers as these are from the early 50's and a new numbering system was established in the late 50's

Also, need MAC 6pt shallow sockets in 1/4", 7/16", 9mm, and a 6pt 3/8" deep
