A "Better Mousetrap" Fish Tape?

I found this very unusual looking fish tape, or "wire puller", this morning at a local yard sale. I have used many pullers over the years, but have never seen one that looked like this. After researching it, It is said to have been invented by an Electrician, for Electricians! Made in Pasadena California, in the1960 era. I like the fact that it has a locking handle mechanism, that saves on your hands while pulling on a stubborn wire. Patent Number 2928656.
