Sunday I went to a tool meet, got some great deals, even sold some stuff, (i'm trying to thin out).   On a table were a little set of single open end wrenches, stamped steel, sort of like ignition wrenches.  Sizes from 5/16 to 5/8, all the same length, on a ring, which goes through a  punched slot in the handle end.  Very clearly stamped PremaX, Niagra Falls.  The company started in 1922, and has made all sort of light hardware, including steel fishing rods, today they make pole marking devices.  No mention of ever making tools on their website.  But they did supply whip radio antennaes for P.T. boats in WWII.  Interesting.  Pics to come after I get another camera.

Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

Almost exactly like those, instead of radio, first is stamped, Niagra(premax)then Falls after.  Does not say radio on the set I have.  Wonder if these were for the thin nuts on the radio tuner shaft.
