Does anybody know anything about a wizard h2821, I looked around and didnt find much. Any info is appreciated.

Wizard 'H' series tools were made by Duro/Indestro for Western Auto stores (Store brand)
Alloy has other examples: http://home.comcast.net/~alloy-artifacts/duro-indestro-p6.html

H2833 would be the matching Ratchet....
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.

It's a brand sold by Western Auto and probably made by Duro. I like the looks of them, they have a little style. They pop up here and there fairly often and so they should not be expensive to buy. By that I mean less than ten bucks unless you have found one still in the wrapper.

woops. you beat me, Rusty.

1961, give or take a few years, is my best estimate... and AA agrees.
