Anyone ever seen one of these or know who made it?  I am coming up blank.

Bicycle wrench?  It looks like a fancier version of the flat steel bicycle wrenches that used to be standard items at bike shops selling "English racers," meaning three-speed small-tire bicycles.

I have an S & T Co. alligator wrench, but never really found any good info on them.

I was sure Rusty or Bus would be able to ID this little rascal...  Guess it goes as an orphan.

I found a few others, but none were identified.
There was a S&T hardware chain, which would make sense for the gator perhaps, but probably not for that wrench..so...no clue...
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
