3664x2748 are the dimensions of the picture. Reduce it in your software to 800x or 640x , save with a new file name and post on the forum.

I've posted this before, It's not the physical size of the picture but the resolution that has limits.
"Restrictions: 10 per post, maximum total size 800KB, maximum individual size 250KB"

It doesnt matter how many times you post that information, I do not comprehend what it means. I can understand Papaws explanation
