"reconditioned" obviously just means "wire-wheeled and painted" .... Neither of those handles are even straight...

Never seen a vice wrench though- but then all I really know are leg vices

Well, it probably did originally come with a wrench, in fact, all the parkers that rotate come with a wrench in my '44 catalog....

No views of the top of the wrench tho :(

The clunker on my one bench uses a wrench, I got it off a junk pile cause somebody busted the bolt so the company scrapped the vise.  Wrench sure beats hell out of the wimp rod most vises have because a wrench allows you to lock the vise down, and you don't generally come around the corner and catch the damn rod sticking out with a wrench.

I figure come winter again I may get down to mining the pile of scrapped vises I dragged in over the years.
Timing has a lot to do with the outcome of a rain dance!
