Canadian ETF wrenches

One of the other Canadian members on the site had a very informative post about a tool maker from Ontario called ETF. I came across a 6'' pipe wrench that I thought I would send his way but I can't remember who it was and can't seem to find the post. Can any body help me out with this? Thanks in advance.
