Saw this sale on CL on Friday and did not think I would find much today.
Picked up the tool box and started to fill it up.
Stopped after a while and asked for a price, he said $15, I siad OK, lets finish out the $20 in my pocket.
I was satisfied with the haul. The box is 18" long, so thats a 3/4" Plvmb T in front of it.
I will post more pics tomorrow.

3.  4  Drop Forged Made in USA  (decent raised panel wrenches)  big  DBE Vlchek  Plvmb   Proto LA   2 Bonney

These pics in a later post!!

I wonder who the maker is of the scroll saw way down the line. Looks like a little jointer just out of the photo on the left too. Cool!

Looks like you came away with a pretty good haul there.

I bet his garage was full up.  You done well, cute little toter too.   I wonder why the guy had 3 tablesaws, and a radial arm saw?   To me the most curious looking thing is the black drawered cabinet with the red top.   Looks almost like an early tuneup scope cabinet?    Only made one garage sale this year, fudge.

Very nice score on that Plvmb T-handle.

John - If I'm building a home, I'll have at least three going on-site.  I have a Ridgid 10" table saw with a milled and polished deck.  It is regularly used for ripping down finish grade oak, hickory, and maple.  I wouldn't run framing lumber through it for anything......if for no other reason, I don't want the sticky pine sap on my deck.  Framing cuts tend to be "fast" and are generally rough on a precision fence IMHO, and then there are the blade considerations.  SO - I have a Hitachi 10" table saw I do regularly use for framing work - although admittedly the majority of framing cuts is via circular saw.  As tough as the Hitachi is, and as hard on it as I am, I do not like shoving crap through it.  SO - I have a cheaper Ryobi "job-site" 10" table saw that I keep a "hardy" blade on, and that is only used for ripping/cutting hardy board/siding/plank, Masonite board, and other "trash" (e.g. reclaimed lumber supposedly de-nailed).  It also often serves on the "can I borrow your saw" occasion with the electrician and plumber.
"FORGED IN THE USA" myself.  Be good to your tools!

First here is the EZ Toter pic .

Second, here is the bicycle wrench.  Measure on The Calibrated Ruler, it's a little over 5.5 " (cough) less than 6" (cough).
Name looks like:
WARCXX XXCYCLE WRENCH     (RCXX XX are guesses)
WORCESTER MASS

Is the color on the E-Z toter a dull red or brownish?

Saw one at a flea market that was bright red so I'm
wondering if they came bright red or maybe repainted.

Looking around, they seem to have come in several colors, green-blue with yellow, brown with white, reddish with (?)..always muted colors tho...

Probably by Simonsen Industries,Chicago (Simonsen metal products corp)

Very art deco, I bet 90% of these are in peoples living rooms with flowers in them -P
Just a weathered light rust/WD40 mix patina.
