A while back we were talking about how to fix pictures into picture frames.  I tried to describe a device I used back in the 60's, before we discovered glaziers point drivers.  Well, here's what I was trying to describe.  The jaw closest to the handles is moveable so it can be adjusted to the width of the molding and/or the length of the finish nails used.

I have a pair and I find them about as handy as a pocket in your hat. I have a hat with a pocket and its not very handy. Haven't used mine for a long time but the memory isn't good.
