Don't want this difficult to maintain for Papaw, but a separate or "child"? that splits the Catalog forum into a Heads-up & Reference? or other.
Don't want anyone in trouble with copyrights, (so if you want to share, PM off the air.)
I think after so many years it is "Public Domain" & safe to share. (we are looking for old! stuff)

Also don't want to clutter with "Junk" or duplicate links, or links from parents. i.e. "Rose Antiques" has lots of links to other references, we don't need to list those.
may need some controls on this, e.g. Maybe we post useful links for review by members, then PIN the good ones in the Reference Link site.
